*****Hiring Immediately for Experienced Diesel Field Mechanics !!*****

A National Manufacturer of Heavy Diesel Construction Equipment is searching for an experienced Field mechanic who will run repair and maintenance calls in the field. This job will be at sites where heavy diesel equipment is in use in a territory surrounding the Hope Mills NC Area Please live within a 2hr radius of there!

Here are the Facts!

• You Generally work from your home (dispatched daily from home on service calls)
• You are provided a company-owned service truck.
• All road expenses are covered by a company credit card
• The company offers excellent benefits and compensation (Between $30 and $40/ hr ) based on experience.
• Overtime as need based on client need.
• Weekend work is minimal as well as the need for overnight stays are rare.
• Each work day includes lunch paid for by the company.
• For many repairs you can talk directly with a manufacturer engineer if needed to solve a repair issue.
• You will be the face and voice of the company to its Buyers / Customers in the field and have direct contact with them.

TO QUALIFY:

• You must be a well experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic that is capable of working on your own from a service truck we recommend at-least 3-5 years.
• You must have a driving history and background that is insurable.
• You must have a valid driver's license.
• You must be well tooled with a solid set of your own tools and open to buying more if needed.
• You must have a great customer friendly persona, and enjoy working with customers as well as providing needed services.
• We are looking for a long-term employer-employee relationship, and are searching for like-minded candidates.
