Job Purpose
To operate a simple piece of equipment with repetitive functions.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Operate mobile equipment with repetitive functions.
- Assist in the daily clean up process of the mill
- Assist in the organization and reclaiming of usable material back into the manufacturing process
- Perform inspection of front end loader at beginning of shift
- Assist in loading sander dust trucks
- Assist with facility projects and tasks
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
What do I need to be successful?
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of simple equipment operation.
- Knowledge of general equipment maintenance.
- Time management skills.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability.
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
- Must hold a valid state issued driver's license to operate mobile equipment
Education:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 3 – 6 months experience.
- Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
