Neteffects is seeking anEmployee Development Specialist Renton, WA. Previous Aerospace Manufacturing experience required

12-month contract with the possibility of extension and/or hire

Onsite position in Renton, WA

- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace manufacturing

- 3+ years of experience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings

- Perform as an instructor in specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise (Seal, Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Quality, Systems, etc.)

- Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching and team coaching, observing and tracking student performance, adding key insights to enhance the delivery, conducting preparation, delivering and rostering training to satisfy training requirements

- Conduct training utilizing a variety of delivery methods and techniques, and customize learning programs, courses, presentations, and guides

- Emphasize safety precautions to be taken in all training provided

Skills and experience in the following areas:

- Wing/Spar Structure Assembly

- Coaching

- Instruction

- Curriculum Design

- Needs Assessment and Job Analysis
