ClearStaff in Streamwood are in search of assemblers for a customer who manufactures overhead lighting. This position would train in the Streamwood area for 2 to 6 months. Once training is complete you will be transferred to their facility in the Bensenville area.

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 7:30AM to 4PM OR 8AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday
• Pay rate is between $18.00/hr to $23.00/hr depending on level of experience.

This position will be conducting interviews on May 16th and May 17th.

Responsibilities:

• The Assembler is responsible for building up component parts to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. Verify the correct quantities of components and quality checking completed items, manage parts inventory and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures.
• Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
• Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
• Test finished products for defects.
• Maintain the tools used to create products and keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

Requirements:

• Maintain clean and organized warehouse
• Must own a pair of STEEL TOED SHOES
• Must be able to lift between 20-50lbs constantly
• Able to pass Pre-employment screening (Drug test, Background Screening, & E-verify)
