eCommerce Operations Coordinator Job Description

SMT Packaging is a rapidly growing company looking for a eCommerce
Operations Coordinator. The main responsibility is processing 200+ orders per day for multiple clients with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, Pack, and Ship orders for multiple clients
• Lead e-Commerce team; including organizing inventory and supplies, increase efficiency, motivate team members to meet and exceed goals
• Adhere to policies and procedures, while assessing effectiveness and efficiency
• Possess a professional style of communication

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time in warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
• High level of computer literacy including Microsoft OfHice, Extensiv (3PL Central) Warehouse

Management System preferred not required

• Experience with Small Parcel Shipping Systems (stamps.com, UPS.com, etc.)
• Experience with RF Scanners, laser label printers
• Highly detailed oriented and ability to count with accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Perform duties with extremely low error rate
• Ability to multitask and learn new tasks quickly
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
