Driver/Groundskeeper
Shorehaven is recognized as a leader in providing services to seniors, from skilled nursing to independent living settings on our beautiful campus located on the shores of Lac La Belle. The Driver/Groundskeeper is integral to maintaining the high level of service we are known for.
This full-time position will transport Shorehaven residents to various appointments as needed, and assist in maintaining the grounds. Must be flexible and self-motivated to be available for transportation runs and plan other groundskeeping duties accordingly. Will use riding lawn mower and hand held equipment to mow and trim grounds, and variety of equipment (truck, skid loader, snow broom/blower, hand shovel) to perform ice/snow removal from parking lots and walkways. Duties also include maintaining the cleanliness of Shorehaven vehicles and performing preventive maintenance. Schedule is primarily 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday; however, snow removal duties are as needed. Must have excellent customer service skills and experience with outdoor equipment. Valid WI driver license and good driving record required. Minimum age 21.
