Qualifications
Essential:
- High School Diploma. If no relevant experience, higher education requirement
- Over three years and up to five years’ experience in fundraising or customer service-related work
- Documented excellence in relational skills and customer service/donor care
- Meticulous with strong organizational skills to manage concurrent projects
- Excellent English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and fundraising database
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Demonstrated database skills (DonorPerfect).

Job Synopsis

Donor stewardship – 50%
Donor relations and responsive care – 35% (fluctuates seasonally)
Planning and record management – 10%
Administration – 5%
Other duties as assigned on a temporary basis.
Supervision: No Direct Supervision
Travel expectations: Travel is negligible with less than 30 nights away per year. Travel is within the U.S.
Physical activity/demand: Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another. Light work that includes moving objects up to twenty pounds. Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned. This position may occasionally be exposed to a noisy environment.
