Compensation
  • High school helpers: $10 per hour
  • Adults NOT employed by the district: $13.41
  • Adults employed by the district: Current hourly rate
  • Employement for the summer program will be first offered to individuals who are employed for the after school programming during the school year.

Job Summary
We are a comprehensive, academic enrichment program that serves K-5th grade students in the district and are currently looking for positive people to help enrich the minds of our young Dodgers during our summer programming by helping with reading and math activities, using pro-social skills and active supervision during all activitites to maximize the positive effect the student recieves.
Hours vary but are from 7:30-6:00, around 5 hours per day, and a possibility for up to 30 hours per week.


Qualifications
Preferably bi-lingual abilities (Spanish)
Provide building principal and two teacher recommendations
Be flexible and have adapatability when assisting students and other staff
Have high quality classroom or group management skills
Willing to work with all students and lead with a positive example
Willing to complete all necessary trainings in a timely manner
