Job Description:

We are a busy business consisting of three different departments, auto repair, body repair, and towing. We do contracted tows for AAA, Florida Highway Patrol, and Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, along with private tows. With this being said, we are looking for someone who can work in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and direct them to the correct environment
• Properly dispatch calls to appropriate truck using SalesForce and record calls and progress
• Follow policies regarding impound protocols and contracts with local businesses
• Update and follow up with customers and members about services
• Assist in maintaining office cleanliness
• Monitor locations of tow trucks and their progress in calls
• Follow protocols and policies regarding paperwork for releasing and repairing vehicles
• Follow company protocols regarding filing and copying invoices
• Communicate with service managers on inbound vehicles coming back to the shop
• Scan, copy, and email receipts to customers upon request

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to answer phones in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to multitask
• Common knowledge of the Pinellas County, Pasco County area
• Dispatch experience preferred, but will train
• Willing to learn
• Problem solving skills
