Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is searching for an eager and dynamic
Director of Medical Imaging Services to join one of the most advanced and refined healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
The
Director of Medical Imaging Services is responsible for administrative leadership of Medical Imaging, and:
- Financially responsible for key department indicators such as revenue, budgeting and market growth.
- Provides direction for management of patient care delivery of Imaging in a competitive metropolitan area through strong planning, organizing, directing and evaluating skill sets.
- Formulates ideas and plans, develops diagnostic product lines.
- Develops and implements comprehensive marketing, operational and asset improvement plans for Imaging.
- Designs and implements comprehensive marketing, recruitment and retention of radiology personnel and functions as a recruitment liaison with allied radiology health care training institutions for Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare.
- Requires in-depth experience with evaluation and negotiation methodologies for acquisition of radiology equipment.

- Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field
Experience:
- 5 years management experience in a clinical setting, previous experience managing multiple hospital departments required
Certification/License/Registry:
- Required: Registry in any Imaging Modality
