This is an opportunity to provide your insights and enable Workplace Investments to make the data-driven decisions required to meet their strategic objectives.

The Role

You will serve as a Director for analytics & insights work on the Strategic Digital Priorities that cut across our Retail (PI), Workplace (WI), Institutional (FI), Brokerage & Operations Tech (FBOT) business units. You will play a key role in our overall transformation to a Platform enabled and Capability-led Digital Future. The initial focus is on digital security, customer profile, digital vault, unified communications.

You will drive leading class analytics, experimentation, insight generation-harnessing our underlying platforms that collect and deliver millions of interactions and transactions across our channels (web, mobile, phones, etc.)

The Expertise You Have

  • Advanced degree and/or certification in relevant subject area (e.g., analytics, computer science, data science) with 10+ years of experience in data analytics

  • In depth knowledge in a variety of analytics techniques including: profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis and campaign measurement

  • Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge in querying language and/or querying applications (SQL, Alteryx, etc..)

  • Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to present complex data and statistics in a simple and clear way

  • Track record of working with other industry BI/Reporting toolsets including Qlik, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc.

  • You have a passion for leveraging data to drive better business decision-making through statistical, econometric modeling, and technological techniques

  • You have a deep understanding of analytical techniques and how they can be applied to address particular problem characteristics

  • You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the areas of strategy development, business analysis, risks and opportunity assessment

  • You have a working knowledge of analytic technologies (e.g. Alteryx, SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, etc.)

  • You know how to acquire data from multiple sources/environments and transform it so it can be used for analytics

  • You have the ability to think on your feet and respond effectively when priorities change.

  • You have extensive experience in partnering with key stakeholders to understand their key business questions, and delivering analytic self-service solutions to exceed their expectations

  • You demonstrate versatile mix of analytics, technical and coding skills, always focusing on the business use cases and customer needs

Workplace Investing Data and Analytics is the analytics discipline responsible for developing and deploying analytic solutions to drive actionable intelligence, transformative insights, automation, and effective control in support of Workplace Investments business units, clients, and Fidelity.
