Job Purpose

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, FP&A and Transformation, the Director of Finance Transformation is responsible for driving continuous improvement projects aligned to strategic objectives, providing coordinated support and direction amongst Finance, IT, and the businesses, ensuring delivery of cost-effective solutions, promoting operational efficiencies and service improvements.

Job Responsibilities

• Finance lead accountable for Finance project assessment, scoping, planning, tracking and timely execution.
• Establish strong relationships with IT leadership, business unit leadership, and other senior executives, ensuring customer satisfaction by leading the collaborative development and successful execution of approved Finance projects.
• Finance lead for SAP S/4 HANA global design and implementation, building and maintaining standardized global end-to-end processes to achieve enterprise-wide goals, drive process transformation, innovation, and efficient operations to deliver desired outcomes.
• Provide leadership surrounding integration activities associated with any acquisitions or divestitures as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Must have at least 4 years of experience in an international company/environment, with US GAAP knowledge
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience including experience in a finance shared services environment

• Collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation, demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across functions/departments

• Ability to perform under time pressures, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize work appropriately
• Experience with Oracle Planning, Essbase, HFM and Microsoft Power BI a plus
• SAP/JDE ERP systems experience a plus
• Prior experience in a multinational manufacturing or chemical company preferred
