Compensation Range: $150,000-$160,000 base + bonus
The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

What this job involves – The Director, Consulting role will be responsible for managing a large portion of the Americas real estate office portfolio including analyzing portfolio, lease, occupancy and financial information that serves as the basis for all strategy development activities. This individual will join and portfolio strategy leads for each region (East, West, Central, LATAM) and prepare supply/demand analyses, develop pro forma financials, gather and evaluate economic, demographic, location, and real estate market data, prepare business cases and developing a variety of written communications for the customer. This role will drive strategic, process improvement, workplace strategies, or portfolio planning activities on project teams for key occupier clients.
Deliver corporate real estate portfolio strategy for a defined portfolio in the Americas real estate portfolio; communicate and implement creative approaches that will allow our client to optimize and grow their real estate solutions and teams.
Own real estate supply/demand analysis. Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated experience
Experience in working with workplace strategists, evaluating desk-sharing opportunities, and familiarity in working with companies return-to-office (RTO) initiatives

Required
Project execution experience, leadership, and client management skills. Proven ability to handle complex issues and deliver assignments in a timely manner
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and/or initiatives at once
Develop frameworks to objectively evaluate real estate strategy options; define and execute relevant qualitative and quantitative analysis
Coordinate with JLL Research team to ensure we incorporate appropriate demographic and trend data as part of strategy development
Create high-quality written & verbal client communications (whitepaper development is critical) on a daily basis
Prepare and deliver client presentations with influence and impact for the client
Bachelor’s Degree required
Preferred
MBA/Master’s degree, preferred
7-10 years of understanding, advising, and implementing corporate real estate strategy, and near and long-term portfolio strategy, preferably in a management consultant role
Financial Modeling expertise
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Tableau and Smartsheets a plus
High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, and accountability
Ability to travel and to work virtually with other colleagues
