Direct Hire Bank Operations Officer Responsibilities & Core Competencies:
We are looking for a motivated individual ready to take on the challenge of being an Operations Officer. Attention to detail and proficiency in utilizing technology are essential skills for success in this role.

As an Operations Officer, you'll be crucial in our Client's two-person Operations Department. Your key responsibilities will include:
Daily operations and transaction processing, including ACH files, wire transfers, loan auto pays, and more.
Reviewing and reconciling various internal bank accounts.
Assisting with deposit regulations and Bank Secrecy Act due diligence.
Handling complex online banking problems for customers.
Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to regulatory bodies.
Collaborating with management and contributing to board reports and packets.
