Location(s): Danbury, Bethel, Brookfield, New Milford, New Fairfield, Newtown, Ridgefield (Floating)

Pay Rate: $20.00/ hourly.

Hours: 2nd Shift (Evening) Full Time

• W 2P-10P, R 12P-10P, F 12P-10P, SAT 8A-8P (Evening- 40 hours)

Responsibilities:

• As an Enhanced Floater, you will have a set schedule (with flexibility with start and end times) and have the willingness to flex amongst programs to provide in the Danbury region.
• Our staff are responsible for helping with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene or cooking, bathing or toileting, and arranging and transporting residents to appointments.
• Assisting individuals to achieve their goals. Providing hands-on support to the individuals based on their preferences and abilities. Every day is an opportunity to help someone achieve their goals!
• Community integration. Integrating individuals with disabilities into the community to participate in work, recreation, leisure, volunteer activities and socialization skills.
• Work with individuals with medical, behavioral, and independent needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• 2 years plus experience in a CNA oriented role.
• Must meet all requirements for state and/or agency requiring State Certification in Medication Administration.
