The Digital Solutions team is looking for a Varonis System Administrator with 9+ years of background experience in the field. We are searching for someone who has strong experience as a system administrator, working with data governance, data architecture, and systems integrations. The ideal candidate has provided specialized, skill-specific technical services, as well as a base core knowledge of the Varonis Architecture.

Here's what you will be doing
-
Develop, monitor, and respond to alerts using Varonis DatAdvantage and other tools/technologies.

Provide specialized, skill-specific technical services, as well as a base core knowledge of the Varonis Architecture.

Support the company's highly complex products on customers' systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve complicated technical issues related to the customer's environment by analyzing product & systemic issues - Active Directory, Windows file servers, Exchange, SharePoint, Storage systems, etc.

Administering the Key Management Service (KMS) and the associated Hardware Security Modules (HSM) Support and maintain the KMS service that includes health check assessments, strategy, and implementation engagements.

Proactively identify critical points of failure, raise flags & escalate issues that are of urgent nature.

Document current and future infrastructure design and setup, deployment process, various procedures related to the failover/backup/testing solutions, etc.

Physical or remote maintenance of systems.

Utilize the various knowledge resources and contribute to the enrichment of the Knowledge Base by documenting and/or publishing relevant content that needs to be shared with others following your technical investigations.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Experience in data governance, data architecture, and systems integrations.

Experience in the development of solution roadmaps, solution architecture, and solution designs.

Experience in documentation and presentations for Security, IT, and business consumption

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following security solutions: Thales Cipher Trust Manager (KMS), Crowdstrike, Microsoft Defender Endpoint (MDE), SentinalOne, Tanium, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), Carbon Black, McAfee, Microsoft DLP, Symantec DLP, Forcepoint DLP, Proofpoint DLP, Digital Guardian, Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), Microsoft Purview suite of technologies, Varonis DatAdvantage, Big ID, Titus, OneTrust, Thales CipherTrust, Vormetic, FIPS 140-2, Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Key Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP), Venafi Trust Protection Platform, Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS), Digicert CertCentral

Hands-on experience managing any of the following Virtualization, containerization or Orchestration solutions: VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Ansible, Salt, AWS CloudFormation

Experience with service management processes (Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management) and a working knowledge of ITIL

Understanding of Cloud based technologies and solutions

Experience level 9-10 years.
