We're hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator with long-term care experience to join Phoebe Ministries at our Allentown Campus.

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Coordinator works to promote the online image of Phoebe Ministries and will update and maintain various websites by utilizing WordPress, manage social media channels (primarily Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube), and oversee email marketing via SharpSpring. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will serve as the lead copywriter for online content marketing initiatives and set up and track marketing URLs, phone numbers, and SEO/analytics data. They will coordinate work within the department and across service lines and communities. He/she works with web developers, graphic designers, agency partners, vendors, other internal departments, and businesses to develop viable website content, landing pages, e-newsletters, and social media content.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing and/or content generation, preferably in a health care or senior services settings.
• Experience with website coordination and social media platforms; proficient interpersonal relations; confident and creative with solid storytelling ability; knowledge of current marketing trends.
• Familiarity with WordPress, CRM platforms, CMS systems, Wrike, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is strongly preferred. SEO and Google analytics knowledge is helpful but not required.
