We are hiring a Digital Content Specialist to help bring the digital content across a portfolio of brands to life. You will help coordinate briefs, creative requests, CRM content and web go-lives. This is an amazing role for someone who is passionate about digital content and is extremely interested in nutrition and health and wellness!

Responsibilities include:
Support your manager and take point on certain projects for a portfolio of brands: managing briefing and project management of all integrated marketing brand deliverables
Collaborate with Brand, E-comm, DTC, Shopper, Social, PR teams to execute any digital content/media needed, such as covering a variety of areas including but not limited to:
Retailer (E-comm) Store Fronts, DTC Product Detail Pages
Web Content (images, copy, landing pages, etc)
Digital Paid Media (Above the Line & retailer)
Video Shoots/Scripts
Social Media (Ads, owned & influencer)
Integrations with Shopper programs and social and PR initiatives
Execute approved Digital Activation plans
Create a brief for creative services that summarizes the key information of brand goals, content needs and relevant specifications. Ensures all relevant information is covered in an easy to digest format
Build the Go to Market Wrike process out (including timelines with all milestones, all digital content involved, etc)
Input the brief into Wrike that includes all relent documents needed to support the request
Collaborate with/Brief the Creative Services teams to get the content created, proofed and approved by brand and legal
Coordinate with the appropriate teams to share out the final products and communicate timelines for go lives
Ensure all key dates are hit between reviews to delivery of final assets
Aid in paid media traffic sheet development
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness
Competitive Content Analysis

Experience:
4 year -BA/BS degree required in a marketing or business related field.
0-2 years in Digital marketing, content strategy and/or content creation
Project management skills in collaborative software - Ideally Wrike
MS suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint

As the Content Digital Specialist, you will play a vital role coordinating content calendars and briefs across teams and centers of excellence to ensure consumer journeys and promotional campaigns go to market on time and on budget in an integrated way.
