The Hotel Group in partnership with Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Digital Content and Revenue Coordinator. The role is based out of Seattle, WA and can be fully remote.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages digital presence of the portfolio across Brand and Third-Party sites and verifies proper execution and performance of content.
- Audit online listings such as websites, listings, and social media to ensure current content.
- Manages internal and external partners to verify deliverables are executed to support hotel strategy.
- Guides hotels on implementing Brand content, OTA content (via respective extranet sites) and Third-Party/Group Site content (via respective content management systems).
- Manages photography distribution including search photos, pre-arrival photos, and photo gallery management on brand.com and OTAs.
- Manages online presence with an emphasis on creating unique and engaging content for branded hotel websites.
- Works with designated hotels and agencies to ensure that hotel websites are optimized using current best practices for SEO.
- Utilizes current reporting from agencies, brands, and Google Analytics to drive improved content and marketing initiatives and decisions.
- Conduct and track on-going email marketing campaigns, as applicable.
- Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports and packets as directed by Revenue Management team.
- Sit in on weekly revenue meetings, as needed.
- Support individual properties / revenue managers with group inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Revenue Managers and client hotels.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly STR reporting when segmentation is needed.
- Input revenue statistics/daily actuals into Forecast Masters.
- Manage relationships with THG and other related properties and sales associates through the efficient use of the sales and property related data management systems.
- Any additional tasks as assigned by Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Hours and Attendance:
- Full-time, 40 hours a week
- Role can be fully remote
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience with reservations and rate management in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in with Microsoft products, such as excel, word, power point and outlook.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to listen effectively and to speak English clearly to communicate with customers and team members and prepare written complex reports of room availability and revenues generated.
- Must have coordinating skills as pertains to determining time, place and sequence of operations or action.
- Basic mathematical skills and considerable skill in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.
- Ability to analyze information and make effective judgments.
- All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well‐groomed appearance (specific standards available).
