The fleet at Homestretch consists of mid and late model Internationals with Cummins ISM/ISX engines as well as dry van trailers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Someone with general heavy truck Knowledge/Experience

· Capable of performing PM/DOT inspections on trucks and trailers

· Has basic hand tools (wrenches, sockets, etc.) shop tools and specialty tools provided

· Experience in the following areas is preferred. Cummins ISM and ISX engines, Aftertreatment/DEF systems, steering and suspension, and Electrical

Requirements for employment:

· 18 years of age or older

· HS diploma or equivalent

· 4 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic

· Pre-Employment background review

· Pre-Employment drug screen

· Able to read, write and communicate English

· Able to work in ALL weather conditions

· Work 40-hour week with opportunity for overtime

· Able to lift and carry without assistance up to 75lbs

· Must be punctual, professional, and willing to work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
