What will I be doing?

As an OptimalShip Regional Account Manager, you will be contacting businesses throughout the United States and introducing them to the benefits of shipping through OptimalShip, providing quotes on shipments, and resolving concerns.

The best Regional Account Managers are sociable, consistent, coachable, reliable, personable, and persistent. Managing accounts requires you to be friendly and proactive, while growing revenue requires you to be assertive and bold. We strive to give every client a pleasant and professional experience.

Available hours for this position:

Monday – Thursday: 7am – 4:30pm

Friday: 7am - 3:30pm

We are looking for an availability of:

• 20 hours a week
• Preferably 2-5 hours per day
• Five days a week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13 per hour

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other standard desktop functions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit at a desk throughout your shift (2 – 4 hours)
• Must be able to wear a headset throughout your shift (2 – 4 hours)
• Must be able to look at screens throughout your shift (2 - 4 hours)
