Duration:6-12 months
- Production Support – Coming from Development Background
- Need a production support professional coming from development background
- Will be supporting Contact Center Applications like CX-1,Saleforce etc.
- Will be responsible for troubleshooting, infrastructure upgrades
- Troubleshooting issues related to networking, JavaScript and/or laptop issues.
- Lot of Manual testing work and some automation testing
- Testing API Integration between Salesforce & CX-1
MUST HAVES
- Production Support
- Development background – Java/Python/Any Other
- OOPs – concepts.
- Contact Center Applications – CX-1/Any Other
- Troubleshooting & Debugging & Infrastructure upgrades
