Dental Front Desk Receptionist
Job description
We are seeking a Dental Front Desk; The Dental Front Desk is responsible for ensuring that patients looking for dental treatment understand their options and receive the highest quality care. To qualify for consideration, candidates will possess confidence; emotional intelligence; credibility and high integrity; and excellent work ethic. No previous dental experience is necesary.
The Dental Front Desk role.
-This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to educate patients on dental options and closing skills to book consultation appointments.
-Manage a follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed scheduling an appointment for consultations
-Participate, as needed, in marketing efforts to increase patient leads generations
-Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, doctors, and other team members.
-Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward.
-Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure. --Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.

Qualifications
-A quick study: can immediately build rapport, assess the patient’s needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action.
-Strong communication skills.
-An outgoing and confident approach.
-Experience using a tracking system.
