We are a brand-new 1.1m square foot distribution facility in Ellabell, Georgia. BASIC OVERVIEW

The Data Entry Specialist will aid in cleansing, integrating, and organizing data to help optimize the WebstaurantStore Distribution Center. He/she will play a crucial role in supporting all departments throughout the warehouse by maintaining accurate information and reviewing data for completeness and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is competent in Microsoft Office Applications and pays close attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Prepare, develop, and source raw data entry for analytical view
• Compile and sort information into databases and reports that raise visibility and increase fluidity in business processes
• Create, maintain, and update various internal support tools and data sets using the products and services available in MS Teams. This includes, but is not limited to, Excel documents that are used to track error logs, resource sites, function logs, etc.
• Develop new tools and report structures
• Collaborate with our Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control teams to provide ongoing logistical support of business needs
• Maintain internal tools and databases by entering new and updated employee information

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO:

• Experience using the Microsoft Office Applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Multitask effectively
• Manage time appropriately

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO MEET THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 8-12 hours/day depending on shift
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
• Requires the ability to regularly lift / carry 50-75lbs. and push / pull up to 150lbs

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Occasional activities may involve exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.

SHIFT SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, this position may require scheduled overtime
• Starting wage is $20.00/hr and a potential of up to $0.88 in raises every 6 months
