Data Entry Clerk- Located in Pipestone, MN, Independence, IA, or Bethany, IL
Job description
Objective: To integrate data into existing databases and communication with Sow Farm and producers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel for report generation.
- Work directly with swine production farms to manage data entry, data integrity and report management.
- Generate accurate and timely reports from MetaFarms database.
- Analyze and present information from record systems to Pipestone team/Vets when necessary.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in special report requests.
- Other tasks as required.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Agricultural experience preferred but not necessary.
Experience: Excel skills and a knowledge of the swine industry is a plus.
Work Environment:
Offices located in Pipestone, MN, Independence, IA, or Bethany, IL.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a desk working on a computer for daily work.
