Gateway Industrial Staffing is seeking an Data Center Operations Support Representative for a company in Maryland Heights, MO.

$16-18 | 2nd shift: 4pm - Midnight, Tues - Sat OR Sun - Thurs | 3rd shift: Midnight - 8am, Tues - Sat OR Sun - Thurs

This company designs, builds, and leases data centers. You will be providing Operations Support for the data centers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients and vendors related to data center maintenance
• Create and update work order requests in internal and client databases
• Document and perform data entry of information from calls into various systems
• Send email to clients, vendors, and internal employees, meeting all requirements for timely response
• Dispatch technicians to data center locations to address maintenance requests
• Monitor data center alarms
• Escalation of emergency issues to management and clients as needed
• Following set processes and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field a plus
• 1-3 years experience in a fast paced environment such as retail or clerical
• Eager and motivated individual who excels in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic operations of a computer; MS Outlook, Excel required. Must be comfortable typing on a keyboard, switching between tabs quickly for multiple internet windows on a PC, data entry from phone calls, etc.
