Amorim Cork America’s sales and management team provides expert knowledge to winemakers, technical support, quality assurance managers and wine marketers in all facets of wine cork closures.

Job Description:

Customer service:

- Answering phones

- Email communication with sales team and customers

- Order processing

- Supporting sales representatives

Data entry:

- Software used: SAP / HANA

- Order Entry

- A/R invoicing

- Processing credit card payments

The position is in an open office environment with several other people

Good communication skills required, both oral and written

Attention to detail highest priority

Ability to multi-task is a must

Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook

Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
