We are looking to bring on a Customer Success Rockstar! You'll wear two hats: Customer Success and Accounts Receivable.

On the Customer Success side: You're doing a mix of encouraging clients to do what they are supposed to be doing in order to get results with our program and reporting results. We record easy-to-understand videos for clients showing them the results they are getting so you'll need to be comfortable doing screen recording videos.

On the Accounts Receivable side: You're getting clients up to date with their payments. This is a hard job, but we'll be compensating you for getting any failed payments up to date at the end of each month.

What you'll be actually doing:

• Client Updates: We're signing new people up every week and they need help! Most marketing companies don't do much except hand our charts graphs and excuses. We do personalized videos - you'll be in charge of getting those done!
• Talking to Clients: Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to you. For our clients - that somebody is you! If you're good talking to your distant relatives about something you can't relate to whatsoever, chances are you'll be good at this.
• Accounts Receivable: Every once in a while we have an issue with a clients payment method. You'll be calling them up and getting it handled. Often it's just a card issue and requires a quick call. Sometimes it's not and you'll be helping the client realize how much we're helping them.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are a fully remote digital marketing agency. You'll never have to have a face to face with a client so there is no chance that you'll ever get COVID-19. In the event that we have an in-person event we'll be sure to take any precautions necessary.
