HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CSR / WAREHOUSE IN FAIRFIELD, OH

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service / Warehouse Representative to join our client in Fairfield, OH. This individual will be responsible for communicating with customers and receiving orders via phone, fax, or email. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
• Located in Fairfield, OH

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answers telephones in a timely fashion and assists or routes callers as appropriate
• Communicates with customers and receives orders by telephone, fax, email, and mail and processes them promptly
• Orders are received on an order form and repeated back to the customer for verification
• Checks discount pricing, shipping information, dates, and special instructions in the customer database
• Completes documentation needed for export orders
• Assists the warehouse staff in preparing shipments frequently

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Ability to work well with others and promote teamwork
• Ability to sort and pack shipments & inventory
