This position serves as the primary point of contact for our agency so our ideal team member is someone who is reliable and punctual, cheerful and likable, coachable and willing to learn, can complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner, and has a knack for building rapport and trust with others.

The main responsbilities are to manage the accounts of our customers as you:

• Take inbound and make outbound calls to clients regarding their insurance accounts and assist walk-in customers in our office
• Process requested changes to customers' insurance policies
• Offer and align customers' insurance needs with other insurance products(commissions paid for sales)

Once licensed(we assist with required state licensing and all training is done in-house), higher pay, commission and bonuses become available.
