We are looking for a capable and motivated team player to fill the role of the Customer Service Representative located in Lake Wylie, USA.

• data processing: customer information, vendor setup questionnaires from customers, create and maintain BP master data (SAP)
• sales process: quotations, sales orders, invoice, CC payments
• purchasing process: create purchase orders to fullfil customers POs, track order confirmations and delivery dates
• customer relations: answering phone calls, resolve customer requests & complaints
• sample & demo management: managing sample requests, purchasing of samples

• team player, quality focus, problem solving, multi-tasking, self-motivated, willingness to continued learning, willing to put in extra-effort to achieve goals, attention to details, following procedures strictly by applying accountability, always being on-time
• documentation skills, phone skills
• experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), general computer-skills
• fluent speaking and writing in English. Spanish and/or German is beneficial but not a must
• experience in customer service is beneficial.
• experience in SAP B1 and Sales Force is beneficial but not a must
• experience in the electronic industry and the ATE sector is beneficial but not a must
