Job description
Clean Freak Car Wash is looking to the fill the position of Customer Service Representative. Team members start at $15.00/hour plus commissions.
- Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.
- Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.
- Field customer inquiries.
- Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
- Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer, and leaf blower to clean the wash bay.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
