Prolific isexpanding in the Salt Lake City area and hiring an Customer Service Representative to join our growing fundraising team! Our firm provides fundraising and community outreach services to nationally based non-profits in Salt Lake City. The Customer Service Representative role will assist upper management with all event logistics, community outreach campaigns, tracking donations, providing suburb customer service to potential donors and community members, as well as assisting with training new associates. We pride ourselves on creating record breaking fundraising campaigns while maintaining the highest level of customer service throughout the process. The Customer Service Representative works directly with both members of our team and members of the community on site at our events, the right candidate will thrive in high energy, fast paced environments.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with potential customers and donors at various event locations
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service throughout the entire even process
  • Deliver educational presentations to community members to increase awareness and support surrounding our non-profit partner's mission
  • Assist event management team with event set up, displays, compliance and inventory management
  • Increase donations for our local charities by effectively communicating our charity partners core messages directly to members of the community
  • Accept and accurately notate donations
  • Maintain excellent customer service by answering all donor questions

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Degree or pursuing a degree in business management, marketing, communications or related field
  • Passion for philanthropy, charitable organizations, giving back to local communities, and most importantly, working with people!
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
  • Well-spoken, confident, articulate, and genuine personality
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Proven work ethic and self-motivated
  • Candidates that can start immediately are highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
