Falkin Pest Control

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. • $17-$20 an hour.
• Earn an extra $200-$800 each month from commission and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
• Account receivable
• Service sales over the phone from incoming calls. ZERO OUT-BOUND SALES CALLS

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Display a strong sense of computer competency with google drive and basic computer skill
• Routing experience
• Great attitude and wanting to become a part of a team!

Compensation

$17 - $20 hourly
