We are Hiring for Customer Service Reps.!!

- Duluth
- Starting Rate: $15/hour
- Training Schedule: 8AM - 5PM (Mon-Fri)
- After-Training Schedule: 8AM - 5PM (Mon-Fri)
- Long Term Contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls (primarily scheduling service calls and answering questions about our products or services offered).
- Dispatching service technicians
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
