Some of the responsibilities will be:
- Answering customer inquiries: The employee will be responsible for answering customer questions about the custom apparel process, pricing, delivery times, and any other related inquiries.
- Assisting customers with orders: The employee will help customers create their custom apparel orders by providing guidance on design, sizing, and any customization options available.
- Processing orders: The employee will be responsible for processing and tracking customer orders, ensuring that all details are accurate and that orders are delivered on time.
- Resolving customer issues: Occasionally, customers may encounter issues with their orders. The employee will be responsible for identifying and resolving these issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining customer records: The employee will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, including order histories, payment information, and any other relevant details.
- Collaborating with other team members: The employee will work closely with other members of the team, including designers, production staff, and management, to ensure that orders are completed efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Keeping up with product knowledge: The employee will need to stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, pricing, and customization options to provide the best possible service to customers.
- Receiving products: The employee will be responsible for handling/receiving customer goods and getting those items to the correct place they need to be in the shop.
Overall, the role of a customer service representative on our team will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to customers.
