Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Here at AirWorks, we have been growing crazy fast. We have a great, energetic, growth-oriented team who is looking for your help to keep this train running! The Customer Service Representative (CSR) ensures that a client's first interaction with AirWorks is first rate in terms of service quality.
Duties of our Customer Service Reps include:
- Follow the script(s) provided to ensure quality interactions with our customer base.
- Schedule appointments for the Service Department, take messages and answer customers questions.
- Maintain the customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated customer information.
- Works in cooperation with the Dispatcher or in a back-up role.
- At times, we may ask the CSR to perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the office.
- Participates in all company-sponsored training classes.
- Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
- Growth mindset, willing to learn & high ethical standards
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $18-$22/hr
Locations: Camarillo, CA (In-person)
