The University of Arizona's Parking and Transportation Services department is seeking a qualified candidate to fill their Customer Relations Specialist position. This position will provide service excellence for internal and external customers. The Customer Relations Specialist will process permits and transactions for various parking/transportation programs. An ideal candidate will have the ability to give guidance and recommendations on appropriate options in a positive and helpful manner.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Process and assist with permits, refunds, and exchanges along with other transactions for various University of Arizona parking programs and special events by appointment, walk-in, phone or email.
  • Maintain permit inventory and assist with special permit program setup and sales.
  • Reconcile daily cash drawer and sales receipts along with processing incoming mail payments or tracking receipt of funds.
  • Assist Special Events department with setting up fee collector bags and preform tickets. Will process sales reconciliation after each event.
  • Represent Parking and Transportation Services at the University of Arizona's New Student Orientation and provide parking information to students and parents.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience, relating to customer service.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
