Baptist Health is looking to add a Licensed Therapeutic Recreational Therapist, CTRS in our Behavioral Health Unit at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a PRN, Weekend shift opportunity.
As a Recreational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Plans, organizes and directs activities for patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.- Delivers therapeutic group activities.
- Demonstrates core values when relating to others within Behavioral Health Inpatient settings .
- Delivers therapeutic group and individual activities within a behavioral health inpatient setting.
- Performs leisure activity assessments on all patients.
- Delivers therapeutic group activities and if needed, individual one to one intervention.
