JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our customer service / inside sales team at our Aurora, OH facility.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

- High Level of computer proficiency (WINDOWS, MS OFFICE, Excel, Typing Speed Min 40 WPM)
- Ability to handle customer questions via phone and email in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and ability to Multi-Task
- Intellectual curiosity to learn about the Trucking Products we manufacture and sell
- Ability to learn and embrace new software technologies (Quickbooks, eCommerce, Google Suite, FEDEX , Zendesk etc)
- Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic with a positive attitude

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver Excellent Customer Service by responding to customer needs thoroughly in a timely manner with accuracy and detail over Phone / Email.

Ex. Help customers who call and complete their order online

- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Preferably 2-5 years experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with business customers
• Microsoft Excel, Office
• General knowledge of the trucking industry preferred but not required.
• Experience working in an E-Commerce company environment is a HUGE PLUS.
