Job description
Typical day:
8am: Arrive at company lot
815: Head to first 4-5 jobs
Around noon: Lunch
Between 2-4pm: Finish last 4-5 jobs of the day, park the company truck/trailer and head home.
Everything is handled with dispatching software so you and your other crew member know right where to go. Each crew does about 4-5 jobs, takes a break for lunch, and does about 4-5 more quick and easy small residential jobs before heading home.
If you get done early without too many complaints from customers, you get a full 40 hours a week regardless of how early you finish. Most of our employees work 5-6 hour days but get paid for 8.
We specialize in quick and easy jobs that take around 25 minutes to do on average. We try to avoid long and difficult jobs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic experience in using walk-behind mower, weed whacker, and other basic lawn care tools
- An active driver’s license
- Must be insurable and need to bring driving record from the DOL (no DUI’s or tickets that would cause you to be uninsurable)
- Drug free
- Able to work hard.
- Your own reliable transportation
- A working smartphone
- No serious criminal history
- Ability to work unsupervised at times
