About the Team:
The Americas Gaming Sales team sits within TikTok's Global Gaming team, a division of TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) Division. The focus of this team is to partner closely with TikTok's gaming advertisers to develop solutions that connect TikTok's users to the games and brands they love.
About the Role:
The Creative Manager, Cross Platform will have deep knowledge of the Gaming industry across online advertising, consumption, and measurement. You'll use your influence and relationship-building skills to discover the business needs of our Cross-platform gaming clients and develop winning go-to-market strategies to shape how new and existing client businesses grow. You anticipate how client decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the insights that shape Gaming, understand how Gaming is showing up on TikTok. You will translate clients' creative opportunities to clear brand roadmap on the platform and work closely with clients on their brand presets.
Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic partner to the GBS Global Gaming teams, help grow the business via new title launches
- Work closely with clients on their organic and paid presence on TikTok
- Collaborate with GBM on defining publisher go-to-market plans from overarching narrative
- Develop strategies for brand tone of voice, community engagement, culture definition and media plans
- Craft thought leadership materials based on inputs from Measurement, Creative Solutions and Organic teams
- Publish case studies, PR related materials, attend and speak at industry events
- Collaborate with Creative Solutions Managers to define specific campaign materials to be produced
- Experience in digital advertising.
- Passionate and driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit. Resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking, and collaborative.
- Strong presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage client executives.
- Strong understanding of the business & industry, media, TikTok products and creative solutions
- Storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to clients.
- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies.
- Previous experience in Gaming at a brand or agency.
- Knowledge of agency ecosystem, digital and traditional.
- Demonstrated experience using advertising data to craft media strategy.
- Growth mindset, eager to learn, with ego in check.
- Ability to work in multiple time-zones and with global teams.
- Must be willing to work in Los Angeles.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $168466 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
