We are currently looking for a superstar Creative Manager! You are a capital “C” Creative storyteller and a brilliant designer who is constantly seeking new experiences, knowledge, and growth. You think big, collaborate across disciplines, know a good creative brief when you see one, and can find, create, and elevate great art.

In this role, you’ll oversee the concept creation and development of brand design assets, brand experiences, packaging, and equipment design. This is an opportunity to push design thinking forward, create impactful and meaningful work, and help to inspire a talented, growing team.

Summary: Work with a team to develop creative concepts and art, while managing the brand and keeping strategy top of mind.

Essential duties:

• Develops on-brand creative concepts for campaigns at all levels, across all consumer touch points, from social media graphics to brochures to websites.
• Manages design projects and design content creation through freelances, writers, photographers, etc., and through hands-on tools such as Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Adobe Suite).
• Acts as creative lead on designated projects, leading graphic designer, social media, and other cross-functional partners to assure deliverables are on message and on goal.
• Collaborates Market Impact team to generate ideas and create concepts and visual designs for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages.
• Collaborates with teams composed of multi-disciplinary backgrounds ranging from business development, managed services, health solutions, global programs, and workforce to ensure brand honesty.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and provides status reports to Market Impact Director.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in creative or graphic design, marketing, or closely related field.
• 7+ years of progressive creative design experience with experience in traditional and non-traditional content development, off-line and online media.
• A strong working knowledge in digital and print graphic design, content and campaign development video conception, UX design, and SEO practices.
• Flexibility and excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated creative and conceptualization skills with an ability to adapt to established styles as well as create new and diverse ones.
• Ability to galvanize support for ideas through excellent influencing and communication skills.
