AppleOne has partnered with a well-known technology company in Rohnert Park willing to hire a Controller on a Direct Hire basis offering a salary of up to $140k annually ( Flexible to pay more for the right candidate ) .

The Controller will be responsible for global accounting activities including financial reporting, day to day management of the accounting, ensuring external audits are accurate and timely, and defining and implementing internal controls and business processes to support product and market growth strategies globally.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee global accounting operations including Order-to-Cash, accounts payable, revenue reporting, cost accounting, fixed assets, payroll, general ledger, financial reporting and mitigation of negative foreign exchange impact.
• Build accounting and compliance programs and processes optimized for US and International business units.
• Manage, coordinate and lead all external audit compliance both US GAAP and Statutory accounts.
• Responsible for all facets of tax compliance, US and International, with support of outside firms.
• Drive monthly, quarterly and year end close process
• Monitor, enforce and, establish policies and procedures necessary for mitigating risk, to enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with US GAAP.
• Provide technical accounting GAAP mentorship, external reporting and support to the Company including technical accounting memos. Initiate and drive process improvements for greater accuracy, financial control, and efficiency.
• Drive process improvement including modifications to and or implementation of new financial tools.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of related experience in a high growth environment

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS Experience

- BS in Accounting or related degree, CPA required

- Excellent software skills in ERP systems and Microsoft applications required
