As a Clinical Supervisor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Nursing

Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.

Requirements (one of the credentials below):

  • LCSW
  • LMHC
  • LMFT
  • LCAC
  • LAC
  • CADAC II, III, IV, or V
  • ICAC I, II, or III
  • MAC
  • Three years of experience providing addiction treatment services

Responsibilities:

  • Meet regularly with counselors on an individual basis for case review
  • Assist/direct clinical meetings/case conferences with all clinical staff
  • Ongoing chart reviews to ensure compliance with Federal/State requirements
  • Intakes on new patients/supervision of other clinical staff completing intakes
  • Participation/leadership in treatment team meetings as well as grievance and appeals meeting
  • Provide training, consultation, and direction in dealing with difficult clients.
  • Interview for the hiring of new clinical staff members and conduct/supervise training efforts of all new clinical staff
  • Assist the Director as needed in the areas of state and CARF (Commission on Accreditation of

Rehabilitation Facilities) inspections, staffing meetings, concerns and other areas as needed.
