Job description
We are currently looking for a Cost Specialist to join our onsite team in Chocolate Bayou, TX
- Create a cost report template to track project cost by month.
- Create a weekly status report template adopted throughout the site.
- Update cost reports monthly using information from SAP and reports from construction contractors.
- Develop cash flow and contingency allocation curves.
- Work with project team to forecast realistic project spending.
- Present and manage capital project portfolio reporting.
- Identify spending trends, critical issues, and cost saving opportunities.
- Work with project controls team to develop procedures, reports and tools to meet the needs of our team.
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software and Timberline Estimating software.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
