BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the development and management of the yearly store budget, preparing and maintaining the P&L statements, and any other related administrative duties.
- Daily financial responsibilities included, but are not limited to cash-outs, deposits, credit card batching, DSRs, chargebacks, and safe counts.
- Act as a go-to contact for internal and external guest inquiries.
- Actively recruit top talent while training and retaining our valued Krewe members.
- Support the Executive Kitchen Manager in maintaining a cost-effective operation of inventory and production.
- Creates the Management schedule and approves all work and other group schedules.
- Conducting the weekly inventories and ensuring all systems are updated.
- Champions our Krewe and Management Development programs and prepares qualified employees for promotions.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of Restaurant Management
· Ability to manage a P&L to attain the company’s financial goals and objectives
· Be flexible in work schedule and hours based on operational needs
· Possess knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Compeat, etc.
· Ability to train, coach, and develop Hourly Employees and Managers
· Strong grasp of the following dimensions of restaurant functions: sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, guest satisfaction, and recordkeeping
· Serve Safe Certified (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
