Town & Country Ford is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our Team as the Controller at our Bessemer, Alabama dealership. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic team player with strong accounting and financial management skills. This position will be responsible for ensuring the accurate financial representation and reporting of all dealership activities.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership experience, with a willingness to lead by example and invest in the development of each member of the department. Applicable automobile dealership accounting experience is preferred, but not required.
