iBuy is looking for a Controller to join our team in this newly created position. We are a fast growing company in the electronics industry. The Controller will be responsible for directing all accounting operations as well as overseeing all transactions related to general receivables, payables, and financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budget
• Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
• Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting
• Produce financial statements as requested
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Generate monthly financial reports
• Ensure financial statements meet all accounting and audit standards
• Serve as a contact for audits and accounting reviews
• In conjunction with the CFO, establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a bi-weekly, monthly, and annual basis

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient at Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience in e-commerce preferred
