Job description
Client is in need of a motivated individual to develop and install
software for large factory systems. Client is a leading international company
manufacturing and rebuilding computerized machines used in the steel, aluminum and
paper industries.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Convert machine specifications to PLC-based control systems
Install and finalize software at customer site (travel when necessary)
Help develop new products and features
Qualifications required:
Experience in modern PLC programming
Motion control/process control knowledge
Understanding of electrical/electronic systems and servo motion control
Excellent data analysis skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to troubleshoot and debug
Knowledge of control systems and experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc,
Heidenhain
Familiar with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of AC and DC drives.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
